International orders

We do take international orders.

As a matter of fact quite some of our packages have already travelled internationally from Croatia, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Serbia to Germany, Italy and other countries in vicinty of Klika Klika's home, which is Slovenia.

How do I place an international order?

You can send us an e-mail to info@klika-klika.si describing your preferences, yarn and color choice, questions you may have... and we can take it from there.

Alternatively...

You can select quantities and colors through our on-line store, fill in the purchase form with the shipping details of yours.

After that we will contact you about payement options and the cost of shipping on the e-mail address that you entered during the purchase procedure.

Besides receiving an automated message from the system you will also receive a PERSONAL e-mail containing all the important info about your order.

What is the price of international shipping?

All our parcels are sent with registered mail, so you can track your order after it's been sent. A tracking number will be sent to you together with information when the order has been delivered to the post office.

The price of shipping depends on the weight of the parcel.

• up to 250g: 5,5 EUR
• from 250g up to 499g: 7 EUR
• from 500g up to 999g: 10 EUR

We do not send unregistered parcels.

How can I pay for my order?

After you have placed an order we will contact you with confirmation of the order received as well as status of the yarns ordered.

You will also receive a link to PayPal payment system - Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular account payments can all be accepted through PayPal.
